Role Description
- The Relationship Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with on site client meetings and work from home flexibility.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for accounting, tax, and consulting services.
Day to Day Activities
- Understanding client needs and coordinating service delivery with internal teams
- Following up on ongoing engagements and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting updates, responding to client inquiries, supporting proposal development
- Identifying opportunities for additional services that align with client objectives
- Maintaining accurate client records, tracking engagement progress, contributing to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and ability to build trust
- Solid background in accounting, finance, or tax concepts
- Effective communication and presentation skills, proficiency in professional email writing
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple client accounts
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or similar client facing environment
- Comfort with CRM or client management tools and standard office software
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
