Software Developer – Entry Level

to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship. Certain positions may also require U.S. Citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance based on client or government requirements.
• Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complex information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex ideas.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with fast-paced cross functional teams.
• Foundational proficiency in full-stack development in at least two programming languages (one frontend and backend)
• Foundational proficiency of development concepts and technologies, such as object-oriented programming, databases/SQL, APIs, testing version control, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and the software development lifecycle.
• Hands on software development experience through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Foundational understanding of data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
• Interest in learning and responsibly using AI-enabled development tools, cloud technologies, frameworks and other emerging technologies based on project needs. We’re a global company of owners.
