- Develop new modules, features, and functionalities within the University's existing systems and platforms.
- Customize and integrate university applications, including academic, administrative, HR, finance, and student related systems.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Support system integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well documented code.
- Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and system specifications.
- Provide technical support and training to end users when required.
- Ensure compliance with institutional data security, confidentiality, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and web development technologies.
