About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support students' academic, personal, social, and emotional well being.
- Deliver career guidance and advising services to students and alumni.
- Respond to student concerns and provide appropriate referrals to internal and external support services.
- Support students with special needs or medical conditions and collaborate with faculty for accommodations.
- Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations.
- Design and deliver workshops on mental health, well being, life skills, and career development.
- Develop and implement an annual activity plan covering student wellness, skills development, and career readiness.
- Support student engagement programs, extracurricular activities, and community events.
- Manage counseling and career development content across Student Affairs communication channels and social media.
- Support and supervise student leadership bodies, including Student Council and committees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, reports, and case documentation.
- Prepare reports and recommendations related to counseling, student development, and career services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field
- Experience in counseling, student affairs, career services, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in workshop facilitation, student engagement, and event coordination preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in counseling, student affairs, career services, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in workshop facilitation, student engagement, and event coordination is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic language skills.
