Software & Data Installation Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and deploy software solutions, including associated data builds, both remotely and on customer sites as required
• Deliver end‑to‑end implementations, ensuring solutions are set up accurately and in line with agreed customer requirements and timelines
• Test software thoroughly to confirm functionality and performance prior to go‑live
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during installation, testing or deployment
• Produce clear and accurate documentation, including customer sign‑off materials
• Prepare comprehensive handover documentation to enable a smooth transition to Support teams
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high‑quality implementation experience
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently, maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused approach throughout the delivery process
