Responsibilities
- Lead day to day management of outsourced soft services including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, logistics, and support services
- Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and performance reviews to maintain operational and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support operational readiness and museum wide initiatives
- Identify service improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Review contractor reports, invoices, and service documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Support procurement activities, contract administration, and budget monitoring
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
- Develop operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Soft Facilities Management within commercial, hospitality, cultural, or public sector environments
- Experience managing outsourced FM service providers and contractor performance
- Strong understanding of FM operations, service contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory compliance
- Professional FM certifications (IFMA, BIFM, IWFM, BICS, etc.) are advantageous

Role Overview
- The Soft Services Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing soft facilities management services across the museum, ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance, and visitor experience.
- Works closely with outsourced service providers and internal stakeholders to drive service quality, contractor performance, and continuous improvement across all soft FM functions.
