Responsibilities
- Oversee all soft services FM operations at multiple sites (Cleaning & Security)
- Develop the yearly soft services planner based on site conditions and needs
- Monitor and manage specialized contractors for facade cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, parking management
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery and SLA/KPI are met
- Handle emergency situations, events, and escalations
- Maintain operation performance reports and prepare documents for audits and management
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, HSE standards, building guidelines
- Develop training/TBT plans for site manpower
- Lead and develop staff through training programs and performance evaluations
- Conduct regular inspections/audits to ensure optimal performance of SS operations
- Manage and monitor cleaning consumption, materials issuance, and tools as per operational budgets
Requirements
- Experience in soft services FM operations (cleaning and security)
- Ability to manage multiple sites
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and HSE standards
- Leadership and staff development skills
