Responsibilities
- Lead daily soft services operations across offices, accommodation, camps, and external areas.
- Manage contractors against contracts, SOW, SLAs, KPIs, HSE requirements, and Maaden expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, document gaps, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Ensure all service requests are managed and closed through CAFM, MyFM, or the approved FM system.
- Validate additional service requests: scope, manpower, materials, cost, and approvals.
- Coordinate with FM, HR, EHSS, Operations, Housing, Procurement, and Security for smooth delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement in hygiene, workplace appearance, and employee experience.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering KPIs, risks, costs, and action plans.
Requirements
- Experience in soft services management (janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste management, laundry, housekeeping)
- Contractor management experience
- Knowledge of SLA, KPI, and HSE requirements
- Experience with CAFM or similar FM systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Role Purpose
- Lead all soft services across Wa'ad Al Shamal and Jalamid — janitorial, landscaping, pest control, waste management, laundry, and housekeeping — ensuring service quality, safety, cost control, contractor performance, and end user satisfaction across Maaden North.
