Responsibilities
- Manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for FM assets and facilities.
- Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, building fabric, and minor works maintenance.
- Develop preventive maintenance plans, asset registers, inspection programs, and backlog closure plans.
- Ensure rapid response to breakdowns affecting continuity, safety, or user experience.
- Manage maintenance contractors against contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and HSE requirements.
- Ensure proper use of CMMS, CAFM, MyFM, SAP PM, or Maximo for work orders and reporting.
- Lead root cause reviews of recurring failures and implement reliability improvements.
- Support budget planning, spare parts planning, cost optimization, and maintenance strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in managing hard services and maintenance
- Knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and building fabric maintenance
- Experience with CMMS, CAFM, MyFM, SAP PM, or Maximo
- Strong contractor management and HSE skills
- Ability to lead root cause reviews and implement reliability improvements

Overview
- Lead hard services and maintenance across Wa'ad Al Shamal and Jalamid, ensuring safe and reliable operation of buildings, utilities, MEP systems, civil assets, and infrastructure, while improving asset reliability, maintenance governance, and contractor performance across Maaden North.
