El Seif Operation and Maintenance is hiring a Soft Services Supervisor – Housekeeping in Jeddah to oversee cleaning operations. The role involves supervising teams, maintaining hygiene standards, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping and cleaning teams across assigned facility areas
- Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, order, and presentation
- Organize staff shifts, task allocation, extra working hours when required, and daily team deployment
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments, rooms, offices, public areas, and service areas
- Monitor cleaning quality, staff performance, uniforms, appearance, conduct, and compliance with housekeeping standards
- Respond professionally to customer complaints, special requests, and operational requirements
- Support large cleaning activities and special cleaning projects when required
- Monitor cleaning products, request replenishment, and ensure Safety Data Sheets are available
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for line management
- Update work orders, reports, or service records through Maximo, CAFM, or similar systems when required
- Follow housekeeping operational procedures, chemical usage guidelines, health and safety rules, environmental standards, and safe working practices
- Train, guide, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to improve performance and service quality
Requirements
- Saudi national
- Currently based in Jeddah or willing to work on site in Jeddah
- High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, soft services supervision, cleaning operations, or facility services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to plan tasks, organize shifts, allocate manpower, and follow up on daily operations
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, cleaning materials, equipment, hygiene standards, and safe work practices
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate clearly with line managers
- Comfortable with the salary range of SAR 6,000 – 8,000 total package

About the Role

- The role is responsible for supervising housekeeping teams, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, organizing staff deployment, monitoring cleaning materials, handling daily operational reports, and ensuring service quality across offices, public areas, rooms, apartments, and facility spaces
- This position is suitable for a Saudi professional with strong soft services, housekeeping, cleaning operations, team supervision, and facility management experience.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Facility Management, Soft FM, O&M, hotels, residential compounds, hospitals, airports, malls, universities, or large building portfolios.
- Experience using Maximo, CAFM, or similar facility management systems.
- BICSc certification or housekeeping/cleaning management training.
- HACCP, COSHH, IOSH, HSE, or chemical safety training is an advantage.
- Experience supervising medium to large housekeeping teams.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and stakeholder requests professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality, hygiene, and service standards.
