Soft Service Manager

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise soft services operations including housekeeping, pest control, waste management, security, and porter services.
• Ensure compliance with facilities management standards and client requirements.
• Oversee commercial management and customer relationship management.
• Monitor service delivery, budgets, and performance KPIs.
• Lead and train staff, ensuring high-quality service standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or University Diploma (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing similar operations, with at least 5 years in the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management and soft services, ideally within schools or similar environments.
• Proven experience in commercial management and customer relations.
• Membership in professional bodies such as IFMA, RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE, or similar (preferred).
• BICSc certification (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of facilities management operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Doha before starting work (required).
• Languages: **Arabic (required), English (required).**
• Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
