- Act as point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
- Welcome guests and ensure a professional office environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
- 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or Executive
