Job Objectives

  • Direct supervision of care and behavior monitoring of residents in the family village, developing their skills and ensuring their social, educational, and health needs are met in a safe and stimulating environment, in coordination with the specialized team and service providers.

Operational Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily life of residents, ensuring a healthy and safe environment and securing their requirements.
  • Participate in developing individual care and intervention plans for each case in collaboration with the technical team (social and psychological) and follow up on results to make necessary improvements.
  • Monitor the academic level of residents, track progress and challenges, and submit periodic reports with recommendations to the care and rehabilitation team.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions, health authorities, and various specialized entities to ensure residents receive necessary services.
  • Oversee proper nutrition of residents and follow up on exceptional needs considering health conditions (e.g., diabetes, allergies).
  • Participate in preparing annual plans for social programs and activities for residents in conjunction with holidays and national celebrations.
  • Organize social, recreational, and educational activities that contribute to developing residents' skills according to their needs.
  • Instill noble values and authentic community traditions in residents and encourage belonging and virtue.
  • Effectively contribute to integrating residents into society and help them build social relationships for rehabilitation and empowerment.
  • Implement rehabilitation plans for residents during transitions between age groups to adapt to new situations.
  • Manage the monitoring process of residents using specialized methods and guide them towards proper behavior in case of violations.
  • Identify hobbies and discover exceptional skills to develop them and submit recommendations to the technical support team (psychological and social).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (conversation and writing).
  • 2 4 years of experience in education or social work.
