Role Overview
Study workplace behavior, organizational culture, team dynamics, employee engagement, and social interactions.
Develop evidence-based strategies to improve employee experience, collaboration, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
Work with HR, leadership, and business teams on organizational improvement initiatives.
Research and Analysis
- Conduct research, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and behavioral assessments.
- Identify behavioral patterns, workplace trends, communication gaps, and organizational risks.
- Analyze employee feedback, engagement data, retention trends, and workforce metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management.
Organizational Development
- Recommend improvements to employee engagement, collaboration, motivation, teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement, culture, behavior-change, and organizational development programs.
- Support change management, organizational transformation, restructuring, and workplace well-being initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, focus groups, and organizational development sessions.
