Role Overview
The employer is seeking an Art Director to lead visual direction for brand campaigns, creative projects, marketing initiatives, and digital experiences.
The role collaborates with creative, marketing, brand, design, content, and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead visual direction for creative campaigns, brand initiatives, and marketing projects.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative strategies.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, storyboards, visual treatments, and campaign directions.
- Lead and direct multidisciplinary creative professionals, including designers, illustrators, photographers, and motion designers.
- Establish visual standards, brand guidelines, creative principles, and design quality.
- Review and approve creative concepts, layouts, designs, photography, illustrations, animations, and other visual assets.
- Ensure visual consistency across advertising, social media, websites, digital products, events, publications, and other brand touchpoints.
- Lead creative development from concept through production and final delivery.
- Present creative concepts and visual strategies to clients, stakeholders, executives, and business leaders.
- Provide feedback and mentorship while managing multiple creative projects, timelines, and quality standards.
