- Manage the publishing schedule across social media platforms
- Publish approved content accurately and on time across channels
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, motion designers, and the creative team to ensure content is ready for publishing
- Monitor social media channels, comments, mentions, messages, and audience engagement
- Track trends, conversations, and relevant topics that can support content opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports for social media content and campaigns
- Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, follower growth, and content performance
- Share insights and recommendations to improve future content
- Maintain and update the content calendar
- Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and platform requirements
- Support campaign launches, announcements, and real time publishing needs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders when content approvals or clarifications are needed
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in social media, content management, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Experience in publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Good understanding of social media metrics and performance analysis
- Strong attention to detail, especially in captions, visuals, links, tags, and publishing formats
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and content calendars at the same time
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle urgent publishing requests
- Good Arabic and English communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and reliable

About The Role
- The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the day to day publishing, monitoring, and performance reporting across the brands’ social media channels.
- This role ensures that content is published accurately and on time, tracks engagement and audience feedback, monitors relevant conversations and trends, and provides reports that help improve content performance and brand visibility.
