Responsibilities
- Own the rollout of the Fina Button embedded integrations and the strategic Key Seller Network
- Talk to payment gateways, ERPs, POS providers, and key sellers to understand their needs and discover where embedded finance fits best
- Build, negotiate, and close integration partnerships, and manage the pipeline of strategic partners from first conversation to live deployment
- Own the integration roadmap and API documentation readiness together with the Growth Squad and Tech Partners
- Expand the number of live integrations across gateways and ERPs, and grow key seller network density
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business partners, keeping both aligned on scope and value
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, technical sales, solution delivery, or business development
- A genuine customer discovery mindset — comfortable interviewing partners and sellers to uncover needs and friction
- Professional fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written
- A relationship builder who can earn trust and move deals to close
- A degree in Computer Science (preferred), a technical business field, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

About The Role

- As Growth Lead – Ecosystem & Integrations, you extend Fina’s reach to wherever customers already transact — through embedded integrations (the “Fina Button”) and a strategic network of key sellers.
- This is a relationship and discovery driven role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the rollout of the Fina Button embedded integrations and the strategic Key Seller Network.
- Talk to payment gateways, ERPs, POS providers, and key sellers to understand their needs and discover where embedded finance fits best.
- Build, negotiate, and close integration partnerships, and manage the pipeline of strategic partners from first conversation to live deployment.

What We’re Looking For
- Up to 2 years of experience in ecosystem development, partnerships, technical sales, solution delivery, or business development.

Skills That Set You Apart
- Prior exposure to payment gateways, ERPs or POS systems in the MENA region would be a plus points.
- Conceptual understanding of APIs and webhooks able to read documentation and explain it to business partners or the willingness to develop it quickly (the squad writes the code).
- Strong project management and the ability to keep multi party integrations on track.
