About the Role
SILQFi is looking for a Growth Lead – Activation to own the onboarding and first-order journey for merchants. This hands-on role involves spending time with customers, designing frictionless onboarding flows, and coordinating with marketing and risk teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the end to end onboarding and first order journey, driving down time to first order and lifting onboarding completion rates
- Spend real time with merchants and customers through interviews, calls and field visits to map their journey and pinpoint breakdowns
- Design and ship frictionless onboarding flows and automated nudge/reminder systems in partnership with the Growth Squad
- Turn qualitative customer insight into concrete UX and process improvements
- Coordinate with Marketing and Risk/KYC to unblock onboarding/activation bottlenecks
- Track leads, activation, and funnel metrics to ground decisions in evidence
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in B2B operations, field marketing, merchant acquisition or a customer facing growth role
- A genuine customer discovery mindset
- Professional fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written
- A bias for action and comfort operating in a fast paced, ambiguous, early stage environment
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience

About The Role

- As Growth Lead – Activation, you own turning a newly acquired customer into an active first time user of Fina’s financing products.
- Hands on, customer obsessed role working with merchants and customers to understand onboarding friction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end to end onboarding and first order journey.
- Spend time with merchants and customers through interviews, calls and field visits.
- Design frictionless onboarding flows and automated nudge/reminder systems.

What We’re Looking For
- Up to 2 years experience in B2B operations, field marketing, merchant acquisition or customer facing growth role.

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
