Job Overview

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, driving engaging content strategies, and leading a creative team to deliver high quality multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across all social media channels.
- Plan and oversee photography, videography, and multimedia production for marketing campaigns and events.
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Photographer and Multimedia Designer, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations teams to produce compelling digital content.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and multimedia communications.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews, comments, and customer engagement.
