Overview
Atelier Perfumery seeks a Social Media Specialist with 2 years of experience in luxury retail to develop and execute high-impact social media strategies. The role involves creating premium content, driving engagement, and managing social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies based on research, audience insights, and brand goals
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content across all social platforms
- Optimize company pages to increase visibility, reach, and brand consistency
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines
- Plan and manage brand calendars and posting schedules
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, purchase) to support campaigns and manage brand reputation
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Maximum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital media
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools
- Understanding of online marketing, content creation, and digital trends
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, detail-oriented mindset
