Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly creative and results driven Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence across various social media platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in social media engagement, paid advertising campaigns, lead generation, content promotion, and performance analytics.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, audience targeting, CTR analysis, and social media growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Engagement Rate.
  • Conduct audience research and create targeted advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.
  • Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility through organic and paid marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Respond to audience inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising.
  • Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and lead generation techniques is an added advantage.
  • Experience in boosting posts, remarketing campaigns, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
