- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other platforms
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Engagement Rate
- Conduct audience research and create targeted advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation
- Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Generate monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising
- Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and social media management tools
- Ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve campaign performance
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and communication skills

Requirements
