Role Description
The Social Media & Marketing Admin is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages digital channels, creates and schedules content, supports marketing campaigns, and coordinates property promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update social media channels.
- Create and schedule posts and optimize content for engagement and brand awareness.
- Support marketing campaigns and assist with basic graphic or content preparation.
- Coordinate with sales and management to promote property offers.
- Monitor social media performance and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and prepare simple marketing activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms and marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization skills are required.
- Content strategy and writing skills are required for multiple platforms.
- Effective communication, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities are expected.
- Basic digital marketing and analytics knowledge is beneficial.
- Proficiency with common social media platforms and scheduling tools is expected.
- UAE real estate or property marketing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A relevant Marketing, Communications, Business, or related diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
