Golden Bricks Dubai is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to recruit commission-only real estate sales agents.
The role focuses on building candidate pipelines and supporting hiring and retention targets.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard commission-only property consultants.
- Use networks, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups for outreach.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve monthly hiring and retention targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.
Requirements
- At least three years of recruitment experience is required.
- Experience hiring commission-only real estate agents is required.
- A strong network of UAE property consultants and brokers is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are required.
- The candidate must be target-driven and able to manage multiple vacancies.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms, social sourcing, and ATS tools is required.
- UAE real estate recruitment experience is preferred.
Workplace
- The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
