Role overview
Golden Bricks Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Recruiter for its growing Dubai team.
The role focuses on attracting, assessing, onboarding, and supporting high-quality talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commission-based sales agents, salaried employees, tele-callers, and administrative staff.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen and interview applicants before progressing suitable candidates.
- Present the company profile, culture, commission structure, and growth opportunities during interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Monitor the initial performance of newly hired employees.
- Collect manager feedback and share structured weekly performance feedback with new employees.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and hiring records.
- Organize small office events, team breakfasts, and employee-engagement activities.
Candidate requirements
- Previous recruitment or human resources experience is required.
- Experience within Dubai real estate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of commission-based real estate recruitment is required.
