Role Description

Full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company.

Support workforce needs, employer branding, candidate experience, and long-term talent planning.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and select candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
Develop job descriptions and manage candidate pipelines.
Coordinate interview schedules.
Drive employer branding initiatives.
Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
Support a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Use recruitment metrics to refine strategies and support long-term talent planning.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
Experience in hiring and interviewing, including assessing skills, cultural alignment, and potential.
Knowledge of employer branding practices.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
