Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms.
• Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Create posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
• Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, banners, and digital campaigns.
• Create healthcare and pharmaceutical content while maintaining a professional brand image.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns with marketing and management teams.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend engagement improvements.
• Keep content accurate and aligned with healthcare communication standards.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of UAE experience in social media management and graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media content and graphic design work.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
• Experience creating reels, short-form videos, product promotions, and digital advertisements.
• Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, or FMCG experience is highly preferred.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare social media marketing.
• Pharmaceutical product advertising and promotions.
• Medical or healthcare product content creation.
• Product photography and video editing.
• Social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Work with regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical brands.

Work Location

• The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
