About the Role
The employer is seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced HR Executive to join its UAE team.
The role focuses on UAE HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations and employee administration.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and HR records.
- Assist with UAE visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and MOHRE-related processes.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate with finance.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employment documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies.
- Assist management with HR reports, policies, and administrative requirements.
