About the Role
The company is seeking an organized, proactive, flexible, and trustworthy Executive / Personal Assistant to support the CEO.
The role provides high-level administrative, executive, and personal support.
The assistant must be discreet, detail-oriented, flexible with working hours, and willing to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, schedules, communications, and follow-ups.
- Prepare agendas, documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential company and executive information.
- Coordinate departments and follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Support business activities, personal appointments, travel arrangements, errands, and events.
- Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
- Follow up with clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
