About the Role
Fasset is looking for a Social Media Manager to develop creative campaigns, manage social media channels, and collaborate with design and content teams. The role requires 4-6 years of experience in content creation or marketing, strong copywriting skills, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing team to produce new ideas for creative campaigns, promotional campaigns and any other marketing communications
- Develop creative content & manage social media campaigns from concepting, creating brief, up to publishing
- Create Key Opinion Leader Campaigns to increase brand preference
- Monitor social media performance & provide analysis report for improvements and/or experiments
- Work closely with Design team to create engaging visual design
- Work closely with Content team/Agencies to create promotional video content
- Liaise with internal and cross department team related to assigned projects when needed
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Continue to improve and optimize all creative deliverables based on past learnings
- Ensure all projects are on track in terms of deliverables quantity and quality
- Work cooperatively with other business owners to ensure clear brief and deliver quality
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar
- A portfolio of published work
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Excellent in Indonesian & English (written and speaking)
- Excellent computer skills with creative management platforms, MS Office and Google Suite
- Up to date with latest trends and best practices in social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and analytics from each social media platform
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
- A minimum of 4 6 years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.

- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, Strong communication outlining plans and ideas, in written and verbal format. Excellent in Indonesian & English (written and speaking).
- Excellent computer skills with creative management platforms, MS Office and Google Suite.
- Great project management and copywriting skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Familiar with using Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and analytics from each social media platform.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi task and meet tight deadline.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail with desire to innovate and to go above and beyond in pursuit of excellence.
- Self starter who is a customer obsessed, detail oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
