About the Role

  • We're looking for a Partnership Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships that grow our business and improve the experience we offer our users.
  • You'll work closely on Retail Partnerships and PSP partners. This is a relationship driven, commercially minded role.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize potential partners across retail, rewards and loyalty, infrastructure, and PSP categories
  • Build and manage a partnership pipeline, from outreach through to signed agreement
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, balancing value for the business with a strong partner experience
  • Own ongoing partner management, including performance tracking, renewals, and relationship health
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and others) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration
  • Monitor market trends and competitor partnerships to spot new opportunities
  • Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations with partners and vendors

What We're Looking For

  • 4 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership deals
  • Comfortable managing relationships across different partner types, from large PSPs to local businesses
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals that work for both sides
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product and Marketing
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple partner relationships and deal stages simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or rewards/loyalty programs
  • Existing network of retail, rewards, or PSP contacts
  • Experience working in a fast growing startup environment
