About the Role
Fasset is looking for a Partnership Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships that grow our business. You will work on Retail Partnerships and PSP partners, building a pipeline from scratch and managing partners long-term.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize potential partners across retail, rewards and loyalty, infrastructure, and PSP categories
- Build and manage a partnership pipeline, from outreach through to signed agreement
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, balancing value for the business with a strong partner experience
- Own ongoing partner management, including performance tracking, renewals, and relationship health
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and others) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration
- Monitor market trends and competitor partnerships to spot new opportunities
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations with partners and vendors
Requirements
- 4 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership deals
- Comfortable managing relationships across different partner types
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure deals
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product and Marketing
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple partner relationships and deal stages simultaneously
- Comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity and building process where none exists yet
- Experience in fintech, payments, or rewards/loyalty programs
- Existing network of retail, rewards, or PSP contacts
- Experience working in a fast growing startup environment

- We're looking for a Partnership Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic relationships that grow our business and improve the experience we offer our users.
- You'll work closely on Retail Partnerships and PSP partners. This is a relationship driven, commercially minded role.

What We're Looking For
