- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to integrate partners efficiently
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high value partnership opportunities across fintech, retail, and enterprise sectors
- Represent Fasset at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the UAE
- Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of closing and managing complex B2B partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of the UAE financial services and fintech ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Business Partnership Manager to identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Fasset's product offering, distribution, and market reach across the UAE and wider GCC region.
Responsibilities
