- Create high quality photo and video content for social media platforms
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design eye catching graphics, reels, stories, and promotional materials
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts
- Write compelling captions and schedule posts
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages when required, and track performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote property listings, events, and company campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software
- Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
