Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creatives, and budget tracking
- Track leads, CPL, CTR, campaign performance, and basic reporting
- Coordinate social media content posting and scheduling
- Support with captions, stories, reels, and basic content ideas
- Communicate with designers, sales teams, and vendors when needed
- Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and lead sheets
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest simple improvements
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus
- Canva, CapCut, or basic design/video editing skills are a plus
