About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and expense records
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and ledgers
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and supplier/customer account reconciliations
- Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and company expenses
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, clients, and external auditors when required
- Assist with payroll processing, if required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, invoicing, and compliance requirements
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills in English

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Good understanding of accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or trading is an advantage.
Compensation
- Company is giving visa and other benefits along with an attractive salary package.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 per month.
