About the Role

  • Strategic, creative, and commercially minded Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies for a leading global consumer brand.
  • Role combines creative storytelling, influencer partnerships, community management, and data driven campaign optimisation to build brand awareness, advocacy, and business growth across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market priorities.
  • Adapt global campaigns and create locally relevant content and campaign narratives for GCC and wider Middle East audiences.
  • Identify emerging social, cultural, and consumer trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Influencer Management

  • Lead content planning and execution across key social media platforms.
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identification and briefing through to execution and performance reporting.
  • Build and nurture engaged online communities through authentic conversations and user generated content.
  • Monitor channel performance and optimise campaigns using data driven insights.

Key Responsibilities Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, ecommerce, media, retail, product, and agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support product launches and key marketing initiatives through compelling social first content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities Budget & Performance

  • Manage social media and influencer marketing budgets effectively.
  • Define, monitor, and report on campaign KPIs, applying insights to continuously improve performance.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer electronics brands.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media and influencer campaigns across the GCC.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and the regional influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use insights to optimise campaign performance.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
