About the Role

  • The Social Media Executive is responsible for delivering complex social media campaigns across multiple brands while ensuring operational excellence, consistency and strong campaign performance.
  • The role oversees end to end execution of social initiatives, manages campaign timelines, coordinates multiple stakeholders and external partners, and provides detailed performance insights to support continuous improvement.
  • The Executive serves as an experienced individual contributor who ensures campaigns are executed efficiently and in line with business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute large scale and multi brand social media campaigns.
  • Manage multiple campaign calendars and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across Marketing, Creative, Brand and external agencies.
  • Lead execution of influencer collaborations and content delivery.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and provide detailed performance insights and post campaign analysis.
  • Identify operational improvements to enhance campaign delivery and efficiency.
  • Ensure campaign milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Review social media content for quality, accuracy and brand compliance before publication.
  • Support paid social execution through asset coordination and campaign monitoring.
  • Keep stakeholders informed through regular campaign updates and reporting.
  • Stay current with platform updates and recommend practical improvements to campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms and evolving platform best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat.
  • Advanced content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content across multiple brands, audiences and campaign objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in scheduling, publishing and managing content using native and third party social media management platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later).
  • Strong capability in social listening, analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design and short form video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut and Adobe Express), including effective use of AI powered content creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of paid social execution, including boosting, audience targeting, campaign monitoring and performance optimisation.
  • Advanced community management skills, including managing high volume engagement, issue resolution and maintaining brand reputation across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify optimisation opportunities and deliver meaningful performance insights to stakeholders.
  • 6 years of experience managing social media channels in a brand, agency or in house environment, with a demonstrable portfolio of content and campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
