Requirements
- 3 to 4 years creating and growing social content across Instagram and TikTok, including hands on influencer marketing
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong storytelling and creative copywriting
- Hands on editing for TikTok and Reels
- Deep understanding of social trends, formats, and platforms
- Cultural fluency in the UAE
- Experience coordinating photo and video shoots

- Make the content that makes the GCC stop, watch, and follow, and grow our channels from the ground up.
The Role
- Own social end to end across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate content, run community engagement, and lead influencer collaborations
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, read the numbers, and turn what's working into the next post
- Often be on camera yourself
- Report to the Social Media Lead and own your channels day to day
What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Months
- Grow the channels from mostly one to a live presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Ship scroll stopping content at a consistent weekly cadence
- Build trust, not just reach
- Run influencer collaborations

What We're Looking For
- 3 to 4 years creating and growing social content across Instagram and TikTok, including hands on influencer marketing
