- Ship a core surface (funnel, matching, or payments) within the first 6 months
- Run user interviews and service professional interviews to inform design decisions
- Build AI into your workflow to move faster from idea to high fidelity prototype

- 5–7 years as a Product Designer on consumer mobile, marketplace, or two sided platform products
- Strong UI and UX craft with a portfolio showing clear ownership of high impact surfaces
- Benchmark driven approach to design

About the Role
- Senior Product Designer to design the experience for millions across UAE and KSA using Justlife's home services super app.
- Own the design end to end: research, flows, prototypes, shipped experience.
- Report to Director of Product and have real say over what to build and why.
What You'll Do in Your First 6 Months
- Ship a core surface (funnel, matching, or payments) across UI and UX.
- Run a competitor and market study to define the design bar for your surface.
- Conduct user and crew interviews and turn insights into shipped design.
- Use AI tooling to move faster from idea to high fidelity prototype.
Must Haves
- 5–7 years as a Product Designer on consumer mobile, marketplace, or two sided platform products.
- Strong UI and UX craft with a portfolio showing clear ownership of high impact surfaces.
- Benchmark driven approach and grounding design in real user/crew insight.
- Demonstrable AI fluency with specific tools and workflow steps.
Nice to Haves
- Marketplace experience with two sided dynamics.
- Startup or scale up pace background.
- Track record of building AI into the craft of design.
