ROLE PURPOSE

  • To build and grow Vivandi's social media presence across our portfolio of health, beauty, hair care, and sports nutrition brands—driving brand awareness, traffic to our D2C site, and an engaged community across the GCC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and maintain the social content calendar across multiple brands, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence.
  • Create and edit platform native short form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)—hands on shooting and editing capability is essential.
  • Write engaging social copy with genuine sensitivity to the GCC audience and cultural context.
  • Work with the design team on assets; maintain brand consistency across all published content.
  • Execute always on and campaign led social activity across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X, aligned to awareness, traffic, and followership objectives.
  • Support paid social execution in partnership with the performance marketing team.
  • Track trends and act on them quickly to grow reach and engagement.
  • Support the influencer and creator program, sourcing and vetting profiles, coordinating briefs, gifting and barter arrangements, and tracking deliverables.
  • Manage community engagement across comments and DMs within agreed response times, with a clear escalation path for customer service queries.
  • Report weekly and monthly on follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and referral traffic.
  • Conduct basic competitor and social listening tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years in social media, ideally within beauty, health, wellness, personal care, or FMCG.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. Arabic is a strong plus.
  • GCC / UAE market experience with an understanding of regional audience behavior and seasonality.
  • Portfolio of brand accounts managed and content produced.
  • Hands on short form video production and editing.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools.
  • Experience across a multi brand portfolio (desirable).
  • Familiarity with GA4 and basic performance reporting (desirable).
  • Exposure to influencer, affiliate, or ambassador programs (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and e commerce funnels (desirable).

Pay

  • Pay: AED 4,000 AED 5,000 per month
