About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/ODOO system
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and logistics teams regarding stock movements and availability
- Track inventory levels and generate stock reports for management
- Monitor damaged, expired, and slow moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
- Verify inbound and outbound stock transactions and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain inventory control procedures and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Executive, or Stock Controller in FMCG, food distribution, retail distribution, or similar industry
- UAE experience is mandatory
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo or similar inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Maintain inventory control procedures and compliance with company policies.
- Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and stock handling.
- Prepare inventory related reports and KPI analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in food distribution, FMCG distribution, or wholesale trading companies.
- Knowledge of UAE warehouse and inventory compliance standards.
- Experience handling large SKU volumes and multi category inventories.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Executive, or Stock Controller in FMCG, food distribution, retail distribution, or a similar industry.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo or similar inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
