- Generate and process bulk invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices
- Perform administrative and office coordination duties
- Prepare reports, reconcile billing data, and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing queries
- Manage filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in bulk invoicing and billing operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in administrative support and office management
