Responsibilities
- Create high quality social media content, including reels, TikToks, stories, posts, short videos, and on camera content
- Develop creative content ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, and concepts that match the company’s brand identity and target audience
- Shoot and edit property videos, office content, staff videos, community/lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns
- Manage and organize the monthly content calendar in coordination with the marketing team
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, viral formats, and competitor activity in the UAE real estate market
- Support the marketing team in planning campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, new projects, property launches, and company announcements
- Coordinate with the graphic designer, videographer, sales team, and management to produce timely and high quality content
- Write captions, video scripts, voice over scripts, and short advertising content for different platforms
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, views, and lead quality
- Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and audience engagement when required
- Ensure all content is professional, accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with the company’s tone, brand guidelines, and business objectives
- Support with basic paid social media campaign content when needed
