- Proven experience in real estate sales management, team leadership, and performance coaching
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, client management, property transactions, and developer relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Arabic is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of real estate sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, managing client relationships, supporting agents in closing deals, and ensuring proper use of CRM systems and sales processes.
- The Sales Manager will also work closely with management, marketing, and listing teams to improve lead conversion, property exposure, and overall revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market; Abu Dhabi real estate experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales management, team leadership, and performance coaching.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, client management, property transactions, and developer relationships.
- Ability to lead a team, set targets, monitor KPIs, and improve sales performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical business practices.
