- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Capture and edit photo and video content on site
- Write compelling captions and short form copy
- Schedule posts to maintain a consistent publishing calendar
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Escalate service related inquiries to appropriate internal teams
- Track content performance and report key metrics
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and management to align social media storytelling with business priorities
Requirements
- Strong content creation skills including short form copywriting and visual storytelling for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Hands on experience with photo and video production, including shooting and editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
- Working knowledge of social media strategy and best practices
- Ability to analyze social media performance using native analytics or third party tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content threads and deadlines
- Comfort working on site at active maintenance and renovation jobs
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proficiency with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for creating simple graphics
- Arabic language skills are a plus

Role Description
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase services, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
- Capture and edit photo and video content on site.
- Write compelling captions and short form copy.
- Schedule posts to maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and escalate service related inquiries.
- Track content performance, report key metrics, and collaborate with operations, sales, and management.
Qualifications
- Strong content creation skills including short form copywriting and visual storytelling for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
