- Provide technical clarification on services, materials, and methods
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition
- Follow up to close opportunities and maintain strong long term client relationships
- Document site findings and maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and service opportunities
Requirements
- Strong Sales Engineering skills with ability to translate technical site conditions into clear, value driven proposals
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead qualification, relationship building, and managing a consultative sales cycle
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts and preparing written reports
- Experience in Technical Support, troubleshooting, and solution design for maintenance or renovation projects is highly beneficial
- Background in engineering, construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, or related technical field; relevant diploma or degree preferred
- Comfort working on site across various Dubai communities, with a valid UAE driving license strongly preferred
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and mobile apps)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities, and collaborate effectively
- Fluency in English required

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Sales Engineer will act as the technical and commercial bridge between clients and internal teams, translating property needs into precise maintenance and renovation solutions.
- Day to day responsibilities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting on site assessments, preparing detailed quotations based on standardized pricing, and presenting tailored proposals to homeowners, landlords, and property professionals.
- The role involves providing technical clarification on services, materials, and methods, coordinating with operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition, and following up to close opportunities while maintaining strong long term client relationships.
- The Sales Engineer will also document site findings, maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, and provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and service opportunities.
