Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key property professionals including landlords, property managers, real estate agencies, and developers
- Identify and qualify new key accounts
- Conduct consultations and site visits
- Prepare and present service proposals based on published pricing
- Follow up to close sales
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Track account performance and service usage, proactively suggest maintenance plans or renovation packages
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Monitor market trends in home maintenance and renovation
- Represent the brand at industry events or client meetings
Requirements
- Strong Account Management skills to handle key clients and build long term relationships
- Solid Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and upselling
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and proposal presentations
- Robust Customer Service capabilities
- Analytical Skills to interpret client needs and track account performance
- Relevant experience in home maintenance, renovation, real estate, or property management in the UAE market is highly beneficial
- Proficiency with CRM tools, digital booking platforms, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work on site across Dubai neighborhoods, with valid UAE driving license or reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

- Dots & Forms Home Renovation and Maintenance is a Dubai based specialist in precision home maintenance and light renovation, offering fixed pricing, engineering grade diagnostics, and written guarantees.
- Services range from AC maintenance to full bathroom renovations, apartment repaints, kitchen upgrades, and landlord turnover packages.
Role Description
- Manage and grow relationships with key property professionals including landlords, property managers, real estate agencies, and developers to drive repeat business and long term contracts.
- Identify and qualify new key accounts, conduct consultations and site visits, prepare and present service proposals based on published pricing, and follow up to close sales.
- Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, track account performance and service usage, and proactively suggest maintenance plans or renovation packages.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor market trends, and represent the brand at industry events or client meetings.
