About the Role
DELHAM is looking for a Junior Social Media & Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. You will manage social media accounts by writing and posting content, and handle customer inquiries online and over the phone.

- Write friendly, creative, and catchy descriptions and captions for social media
- Double check every video, photo, and text before it goes live to ensure zero typos or mistakes
- Reply quickly to customer questions and orders on WhatsApp and social media DMs and comments
- Take incoming customer phone calls politely when help is needed
- Help customers track their deliveries or orders, and report any big problems to the senior team
- Assist the marketing team with ad hoc copywriting, brainstorming sessions, and creative strategy adjustments
- Maintain an adaptable approach, readily taking on new digital marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications)
- Excellent writing and talking skills in Arabic (friendly local dialect) and good English
- Strong attention to detail, ability to spot spelling mistakes
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Great time management skills and a polite, helpful attitude
- Flexibility to check messages occasionally during busy evenings or weekends

About the Role
- We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
- In this role, you will help run our social media accounts (writing and posting content) and help our customers (answering their questions online and over the phone).
What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications).
- Excellent writing and talking skills in Arabic (friendly local dialect) and good English.
- An 'Eagle Eye' for details, you easily spot spelling mistakes and hate typos.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Great time management skills and a polite, helpful attitude with people.
- Flexibility to check messages occasionally during busy evenings or weekends.
