- Manage daily sales activities related to aggregators and e commerce platforms
- Develop and implement online sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize sales performance and online presence
- Manage aggregator relationships & BDAs
- Build and execute activation plans with marketing
Requirements
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and drive revenue growth
- Experience in FMCG / F&B online or Key Accounts sales
- Familiar with aggregator tools & dashboards
- Strong negotiation & commercial mindset
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track performance and generate insights
- Ability to adapt to evolving e commerce trends and manage multiple online sales channels effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in managing sales within the KSA market is an asset
- Fluent Arabic, good command English

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for an Online Sales Manager – Aggregators / E Commerce, located in Riyadh.
- Managing daily sales activities related to aggregators and e commerce platforms
- Developing and implementing online sales strategies
- Monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize sales performance and online presence
