- Manage and oversee daily chocolate production operations
- Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives and customer demand
- Improve production efficiency, productivity, and cost control while minimizing waste
- Lead, train, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate effectively with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments
- Prepare and analyse operational and production reports and KPIs
- Ensure optimal utilization of production resources, equipment, and manpower
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in food manufacturing operations
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial position
- Hands on experience in chocolate manufacturing is mandatory
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards
- Strategic planning and operational management abilities
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Overview
- Seeking an experienced and results driven Production Manager with a strong background in chocolate manufacturing to lead and optimize production operations.
