About the Role
DELHAM is seeking a full-time SAP Business One Specialist & IT Support professional for an on-site role in Riyadh. The primary focus is managing and optimizing SAP Business One systems, including process optimization, reporting, data management, and user support.

Responsibilities
- Configure and improve core SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory), including document cycles, approvals, and operational workflows
- Create and customize user layouts using PLD and Crystal Reports
- Write efficient SQL queries (Query Manager / Generator) and handle data migrations/updates using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW)
- Support SAP B1 API integrations with external platforms (e.g., e commerce sites, Sales Force Automation)
- Provide hands on troubleshooting, maintenance, and training for SAP B1 end users
- Manage daily end user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting
- Assist with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Windows Server / Active Directory basics
- Ensure backup and recovery processes are strictly maintained alongside IT security best practices
- Partner with external vendors for infrastructure setup, hardware procurement, and system implementations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience specifically with SAP Business One
- Experience working in trading, distribution, or multi branch environments is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate business goals into functional SAP solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, train end users, and work effectively under pressure
